“When the caterpillar thought its life was over, it turned into a butterfly.“  This quote represents my perspective on life.  I can always see light through the darkness. Throughout my life, I have been perceived as the “go-to” person. I am the one who lifted others up, the cheerleader, the one who encouraged and empowered everyone around me to reach the next step on their journey.  I was their mentor.

When changing careers from the corporate world to open my private practice as a counselor, I realized I had a passion for helping others.  This newly opened door allowed me to do what I do best.

I am so very grateful for all that I have learned in my life.  I have experienced the good, the bad, the indifferent and the unexpected.  As we go through life, we will have moments when we need to find that someone we can turn to for an objective opinion.
